This was actually brought up in YayHooray, but I thought I’d share it with the world, and it’s the “laziness” of Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda and his side project, Fort Minor.
There is a song on their album “The Rising Tied” called Believe Me.
Fort Minor – Believe Me
It’s not too bad, it’s not going to win any awards, but enjoyable nonetheless (though I’m a Linkin Park fan, so a little bit of bias on my part there)… But it seems that the backing loop is lifted directly from Apple’s GarageBand app, and when I say directly, I mean DIRECTLY…
GarageBand Loop
Ohhh, what a poor lazy show indeed, though if you have Meteora or Collision Course, you’ll know Shinoda does a lot of sampling work on an Apple…

well presented. I, too, noticed this immediatly. This really is the reason why using the default Apple loops is a bad idea. Once you’ve heard it before, it stands out.
I’ve heard this same loop in intro music to podcasts and such :)
Haha, that’s pretty bad :\
