Blackberry manufacturer, Research In Motion, wins a stay of execution in the court case against NTP meaning the Blackberry service stays online for the time being. Ahhh, another patent gone wild, how long until the USPTO gets the right idea and revamps the patent system?

Well, 2 of NTP’s patents have now been ruled invalid. We’ll see how that affects the case.
