Rafael Palmeiro gets busted for having steroids in his system and banned for 10 days not 5 months after standing up and telling congress he’s never used banned substances. OK, the suspension should be longer than missing 5 or 6 games, but the best part comes from Commander-In-Chief, President Bush, who weighed in with a cracking quote. “Rafael Palmeiro is a friend.
