It’s been almost a week since I submitted the old version 7.0 theme to Alex King’s WordPress 1.5 theme competition and so far, I’ve found at least 6 blogs using it, which is quite a kick, let me tell you…

And already one of these bloggers has contacted me to say they like the theme (and to point out a few mistakes in my rushed attempt to put it together). So that’s all cool, one day soon I’ll go back and revise it so it’s more friendly to bloggers who just want to dump it in their themes folder. If there is anyone else out there using Version 7 or a hacked version of it, or if you have any suggestions for it, feel free to drop me a mail (info available in the colophon)

I do love the theme. After a little bit of personalizing (which has helped me gain a bit of a handle on some PHP and CSS and such) I’d like to say that it looks very professional and stylish at the same time.

As I say, I’ll probably go through the theme over this weekend and tidy it up, maybe give a few instructions to get the most out of it and what not
