You can thank Uncle Sam for all the tax they build into that. The gov’t makes more money off a gallon of gas than the oil company does!

It’s all about the straight cash homey… Sadly $3 was always the breaking point for me, it’s almost at UK levels now, if it rises to what some analysts say it might (look for $10 by the end of the summer) then shit, I’m walking or cycling everywhere

Listen it’s £1.17 a litre here….thats about 10 dollars a gallon…….think yourself lucky. And diesel is even more,

I would love to look at that price when I fill up. My last fill up was $121.00 :-(

    Please, £1.17.9 a litre here.

£1.17.9? Damn cheap if you ask me – the average price around me in South London is about £1.25.

    Let’s convert that:
    1 US Gallon = 3.79 Litres.
    £1 = $1.97

So, £1.25 per Litre = $9.35 (roughly) per US Gallon.

Now, complaining about a cost of $3.94? Come back and live in London and feel the pain!
