Ice Cream Cake
Now it isn’t a proper birthday without a cake, and Phil, Erika and Barry surprised me with a really nice ice cream cake after dinner yesterday…
This is me trying to cut the damn thing, but it was pretty much frozen solid, and when it was eventually cut, the icing stained everything blue… No joke, lips, teeth, fingers, all blue.
